The Grand Hotel Bohemia proudly presents its Franz Josef Restaurant.

Chef Michal Čermák and his team of professionals prepare specialities based on  traditional recipes from  the Central European region on a daily basis for you. Modern cooking methods, the freshest of ingredients and  stylish presentation promise a unique gourmet experience.

In addition to our periodically modified à la carte menu, we offer meticulously prepared lunchtime menus, served between 12 noon and 3 pm on weekdays. This way you can treat yourself to a luxury lunch in a peaceful setting for a mere CZK 165 for the main course, and fit that all in your lunch break. Moreover, we could  add your favourite dish to one of our future menus if you request it, so do not hesitate  to contact us.

The elegantly furnished Franz Josef Restaurant offers the Bohemia lounge, which can be cordoned off, and is the perfect venue for your private parties or business meetings. The lounge can hold up to 20 guests and house projection equipment. The entire restaurant can be hired for larger events. The total restaurant capacity, including the lounge, is 60 seats.

The entire restaurant is a non-smoking establishment. Parking is possible in a nearby roofed garage, with optional valet parking and car pull-up.
